Timber Spice Cane Spirit

Our Australian Timber Spiced Cane Spirit is made with a unique blend of native and traditional timbers. Using only wood for imparting flavours, we extract spice and essence from timbers that are endemic to the rainforests of the Byron Hinterland, then blend them with time-honoured flavours of vanilla and oak from old wine casks, to create a full bodied spirit with an old world lustre.
