About Us

Located in Burringbar in Northern NSW, Cut Snake Distillery is a home grown passion project conceived by three mates with an admiration for unique and high quality spirits. Inspired by the lush bush and beaches in our sun ravished coastline, we aim to create products that reflect our surroundings, with ingredients sourced within our local environment and processed using back woods, timeless and traditional pot still distilling techniques.
